Everything Mary was founded in 2006 after a demand for attractive craft storage became obvious to our founder & CEO, JJ Tartaglia. JJ spent 15 years of his career managing a successful handbag and accessory supplier in Bentonville, Arkansas. During that time, an opportunity presented itself for him to move into the craft market. Fortunately, JJ had a secret weapon in his mother, Mary. Mary was already an accomplished seamstress, expert crafter and an all-around talented lady. JJ called on Mary and she utilized her passion for art, color and creativity to design an embellish-able bag. A large order for these bags was placed by one of America’s largest craft retail chains and the Everything Mary company was born.

Since that time, Everything Mary products have been widely sought after by crafters, artists and artisans. We are thrilled to be the leading manufacturer of craft storage products in the industry.

Mary Taylor inspired the name “Everything Mary” and was the company’s first designer. Mary has been creating all her life. She’s the in-house expert at “everything.” Whether it’s crafting, sewing, knitting, crocheting, painting or embellishing, Mary has a knack for it.

Mary was first called upon to help with bag design in the early days and has become the "style-caster” as well as the spokeswoman/muse of EM. With or without her signature pink hair, Mary is the company’s self-proclaimed Queen. She’s also a bit of a celebrity in certain craft circles. Fundamentally, Mary is a fiber artist. But she is continually learning, teaching and challenging herself to create outside the medium of fabric.

When she has spare time, Mary can be found hand-painting silk, making chic accessories, crocheting original designs, crafting jewelry, visiting with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren or playing with her two golden-doodles.
